This is the type of Cart which, called as "Bakki karaththaya" (Sinhala). At the past, this type of carts were mostly available. It was used to travel and also for transportation (called as gela (Sinhala)) by people. But, now those are limited to some areas and mainly used to transport goods. With the time those items may go vanish..
